    3 Min Machine Warm Up Followed by

    2 Rounds:

    -10 Spider mans (5 each side)

    -10 Heavy Banded Good Mornings

    -5 Burpees

    -50 Ft OH DB Carry

    WORKOUT (No Measure)

    EMOM x 30

    Minute 1: 15 Wall Balls

    Minute 2: 10-15 Cal Ski

    Minute 3: 10 Single Arm Devils press

    Minute 4: 150m-200m Row

    Minute 5: Rest

    Repeat 6 times.
    Given a range to try and hit. Ideally, you wanna be finishing with 10-5 seconds left to give yourself time to transition to the next station.

    If a big group, we will get people to start on different stations.
