    Partner 1: 7000m Row

    Partner 2:

    1 Round:

    20 KB Swings

    10 Burpee to Plate

    10 KB Goblet Squats

    Partner 3: Rest

    TIME CAP: 35 Mins
    Doing 7000m Row For Time. One partner will row, One partner will do 1 round of the KB Swings/Burpee/Squats workout and the 1 partner will rest. When the partner has completed KB Swings, Burpees and Squats, Everyone will rotate stations.

    Keep going till you complete the 7000m or Time Capped.
