    The machines: Both Partners Will be working on the machines at the same time. You can swap at any point but you cannot move on until all machines have reached 100 cals and will do the same thing at the end of the workout.

    Rest of the work is split between the pair. ONLY ONE PAIR OF DBS BETWEEN A PAIR TO HELP WITH SPACE.
