    SWEAT (No Measure)

    EMOM 24:

    1. 5 Shuttle Runs

    (25ft up and back = 1 rep)

    2. 8 Burpee Over Erg

    3. 10 Cal Row or Row Till 45 seconds

    4. Rest

    5. 30 Double Unders/60 Singles

    6. 12 alternating DB Snatch

    7. 12 Cal Ski

    8. Rest

    -Partner up with someone so you can rotate between machines and equipment-

    EG: Partner 1 starts shuttle Runs

    Partner 2 starts on Skipping and go through the workout.

    *if there’s not room or feeling cramped for shuttle runs, switch out for 8/10 Cal Echo Bike/Bike Erg*
