3. 10 Cal Row or Row Till 45 seconds
4. Rest
5. 30 Double Unders/60 Singles
6. 12 alternating DB Snatch
7. 12 Cal Ski
8. Rest
-Partner up with someone so you can rotate between machines and equipment-
EG: Partner 1 starts shuttle Runs
Partner 2 starts on Skipping and go through the workout.
