    5 Banded Good Mornings

    5 Inch Worms

    30 Second each Side Banded Front Rack Stretch.

    Then….warm up each movement and find you and your partners DB workout.

    WORKOUT (No Measure)

    Teams of 2: YOU GO, I GO STYLE

    8 Rounds (4 Rounds Each)

    20/24 Cal Bike

    6 Shuttle Runs

    10 DB Power Cleans

    10 Burpees Over DB
    1 partner rests while one works. Once your partner finished the burpees then partner 2 can start the bike Calories.
