    Teams of 3

    6 Rounds of 6:00

    1:30 Rest between rounds

    R1 – Sled Push

    R2 – C2 (8/10 cals – [F/M])

    R3 – Sled Push

    R4 – Echo (6/8 cals – [F/M])

    R5 – Sled Push

    R6 – Ski (7/9 cals – [F/M])

    We’ll have four teams starting on the sled push , while the other teams begin on the machines . It won’t be a uniform start on the machines; each of those teams will begin on a different one.

    For the Sled Push Teams:

    Start with a heavy load .

    At the 2:00 mark , your team will remove one plate.

    At the 4:00 mark , remove another plate.

    The goal is to keep the sled moving fast throughout your push segment.

    For the Machine Teams:

    This is a relay style effort: one athlete works while the other two rest.

    Once an athlete completes their designated sprint, the next athlete on their team will immediately perform theirs.

    You’ll find the machines under or at the end of the rig.
