    Station 4 : Echo Bike 70/90 [F/M]

    Rest 1:00 Between Rounds

    Your team will have 5 minutes to hit the target calories. You can switch teammates whenever you want during that time, whether it’s after a certain number of calories or just a set period. If your team finishes the calories before the 5-minute mark, you just get more time to rest!
