We’re now steadily moving after our first off-season phase. This cycle will bring back more intensity into the met-cons and a small amount of sport-specific strength work. Main focus will still include training off-season limiters with an emphasis on building engines, improving muscle endurance limitations, and driving up 1RM strength. Expect to see progressions built to improve Snatch Barbell Cycling, Heavy C/J’s, Bench Press, Thruster, and Strict Pulling/Pressing Gymnastics.
