Step-by-Step Flow:
Start:
Athlete 1 begins on the first machine.
Athletes 2, 3, and 4 are resting.
Transition:
Once Athlete 1 finishes their sprint, they move to the second machine .
At that moment, Athlete 2 starts on the first machine .
Stagger Continues:
As soon as Athlete 1 finishes the second machine and starts resting, Athlete 2 can move to the second machine, and Athlete 3 begins on the first.
This pattern continues for all athletes.
