    Teams of 2 – EMOM [32:00]

    8:00 per machine [4x]

    1:30 rest between machines

    Workout Explanation

    Athlete 1 works on all odd-numbered minutes , completing the required calories on the assigned machine.

    Athlete 2 works on all even-numbered minutes , completing the same calorie target.

    Only one athlete works each minute , alternating back and forth.

    Each team remains on the same machine for a full 8 minutes before switching

    Echo – 13/17cal [F/M]

    Row – 15/20cal [F/M]

    C2 – 16/19cal [F/M]

    Ski – 13/18 [F/M]

    Sprint hard to crush your assigned calories as fast as possible!

    The faster you finish, the more rest you earn. The goal is to give everything you’ve got each minute so you can enjoy a longer recovery before your next turn.
