Membership Rate Update – Effective November 1, 2025
Hello Train community,
We’re writing to let you know that as of November 1, 2025, all membership rates will increase by 5%. For example, full monthly memberships will go from $200 to $210 per month (plus taxes and service fees). This change helps us keep delivering a high-quality experience, maintain our facility, and support our team.
We truly value your loyalty and are committed to helping you reach your goals in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

The Sledder Games
Teams of 3 or 4
4 Rounds 9:00 ( 2:00 rest)
Station 1: Runner + 50ft sled push
Station 2: C2 + 50ft sled push
Statioin 3: Ski + 50 ft sled push
Station 4: Row + 50 ft sled push
Calories 7/9 [F/M]
Sleds: 3 or 4 – 45lb plates
Workout Instructions:
Each team will have a station with a cardio machine (e.g., rower, runner, ski, or bike) and a sled.
Athlete 1 starts on the machine and completes the assigned number of calories.
Once finished, Athlete 1 immediately moves to the sled and pushes it to the end of the ring and back.
As soon as Athlete 1 leaves the machine, Athlete 2 begins their calorie portion on the same machine.
Continue rotating in this pattern:
→One athlete on the machine
→One athlete on the sled
→One or two athletes resting
