The 7-Minute Trap
Teams of 3
→6 Rounds of 7:00 (1:00 Rest)
→2 Rounds per Machine
Ski 100 cals (RX+ 125)
Echo 80 cals (RX+ 110)
Row 115 cals (RX+ 140)
Each sprint should be 6 to 10 calories max per athlete.
One athlete sprints while the others rest
The goal is to complete the assigned total calories before the 7:00 mark .
If your team finishes before 7:00 , you get extra rest time .
If your team does not finish by 7:00 , you only get 1:00 of rest before the next round .
