2) 32/38 Cal Row +24/30 Wallball
3) 22/28 Cal Echo + 24/28 DBL DB Front Rack Reverse Lunges
4) 32/38 Cal C2 + 22/28 DBL DB Deadlift
Divide the work evenly among your team. The recommended weights are 35/50 lb . The faster you finish, the more rest you’ll have between stations. Every station must be completed twice by each team.
