    Station 1:

    1000/1200m c2 bike + 400m run

    Station 2

    200m Run + 24/30 cal Ski + 100m Run

    Station 3

    400m Run + 15 Burpees to Plate + 100m Run

    Station 4:

    100m Farmers carry + 24/32 cal Echo

    Most likely you will finish the prescribed task for each station before 5:00, use the remaining time as rest + the 0:30 to help on your transition. You will be doing each station 2x.
