Membership Rate Update – Effective November 1, 2025
Hello Train community,
We’re writing to let you know that as of November 1, 2025, all membership rates will increase by 5%. For example, full monthly memberships will go from $200 to $210 per month (plus taxes and service fees). This change helps us keep delivering a high-quality experience, maintain our facility, and support our team.
We truly value your loyalty and are committed to helping you reach your goals in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

Train West Van – HYROX
The Rox Part 1 (Time)
Over the next 2-3 weeks we will be endeavouring to complete a full Hyrox. There is a scale option for this if you don’t wish to run the full distance.
What you don’t finish in each work out you will continue on the next Monday. So record what you got up to. We will restart from the Run before the station you were on or about to start.
Use this as a chance to test weights if you plan on doing a Hyrox event in the future.
Presale and regular ticket sales for the Vancouver Hyrox (December 20/21) are this week. Presale code and details to come as we get them so keep an eye out for emails/messages or post regarding this information.

There may be a logjam just a heads up. So run hard and ski harder.
2 sleds for push with posts at both ends. 2 for drag w/ring at each side.
5 rowers under rig and bikes as needed for scaled athletes.
