The Work:
400m run
40 Wallballs 14/20
30 Weighted Jumping Lunges (use your wallball either hold to your chest or behind your head)
60ft Broad Jumps( there twice) – coaches make 2 lanes that go in 1 direction so athletes need to walk back to the start to go forward again.
500m Row or Ski
400m C2 or Echo
Split the work as you need to between you and your partner except the run to be done together.
Focus on got knee stability in your lunges and your triple extension in your broad jump
***heads up if you take a step out of your broad jump you need to redo that jump again. ***
