Membership Rate Update – Effective November 1, 2025
Hello Train community,
We’re writing to let you know that as of November 1, 2025, all membership rates will increase by 5%. For example, full monthly memberships will go from $200 to $210 per month (plus taxes and service fees). This change helps us keep delivering a high-quality experience, maintain our facility, and support our team.
We truly value your loyalty and are committed to helping you reach your goals in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

Today’s Workout is a grinder with rest. Happy BC Day.
E2MOM – 40 minutes in total.
10 Stations. Work in groups of 2 or larger if class in over 20people. Doesn’t matter what station you start at as you will do each twice.
AMRAP for 1:45 alternate 30ft Sled push and drag (push one way and then drag the other) 4/7 plates
Suicide run – same as last week

20 Sit-ups w/Wallball
8 x 24ft lunges w/Wallball behind head
8x 24ft Burpee Broad jumps.

Notes for coach:
Set up 2 for each station.
So:
2 Sled TV side
2 lanes of 24ft for lunges and burpees – one for each – athletes are to start at one end only so walk to start end each time. This is on stair side of rig

6 wall balls required
