100 Db overhead walking lunges medium weight
75 wallballs 14/20
60 burpee Broadjumps
400m farmer carry- medium weight
50 squats with a wallball
40 sit ups with a wallball
4x 30ft sled push 5/8 plates only use 2 sleds and keep to tv side of gym
However….
Every 4minutes complete excluding start
100m run + 5/8 cals on echo bike or ski or c2
Bikes to be under rig tightly near skis. First in best dress for pick of machine for this.
