    Kick up to Freestanding w/Wall Assist

    Accumulate 20 Reps/Attempts

    – Record your total time as well as your run splits if possible to use in the future weeks

    – Unsure what paces to hold? think about a 5km pace on the run and 2-3 RPM or 100-200 Cal Per Hour slower than your 10:00 pace

    – None runners, Find a partner to trade off two machines.
