Station 2
20 Double DB Shoulder to OverHead + 24/30 cal Ski
Station 3
40 V-ups + 24/30 cal Row
Teams will rotate through all stations, performing each station four times.
Athletes should use one consistent dumbbell weight for both front squats and shoulder-to-overhead.
Work should be divided evenly within the team.
