Membership Rate Update – Effective November 1, 2025
Hello Train community,
We’re writing to let you know that as of November 1, 2025, all membership rates will increase by 5%. For example, full monthly memberships will go from $200 to $210 per month (plus taxes and service fees). This change helps us keep delivering a high-quality experience, maintain our facility, and support our team.
We truly value your loyalty and are committed to helping you reach your goals in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

E3MOM – 12 rounds
250m ski + 20 wallballs to the rig targets
250m row + 20 double db forward lunges (40-80lb db total)
500m C2 Bike + 12 burpee board jumps
500m echo + 100m kb farmer carry medium weight
15 sit-ups with a plate + 200m run
Goal to finish in 2-2:30
Coaches notes
Rowing to be outside of rig for safety as wallballs are going to the targets if confident people aren’t going to miss the targets, then movements can be done under the rig. We just want to avoid people getting concussed by a rogue wallball.
Put machines facing up against stair wall to allow for as much space as possible for everything else.
