    Membership Rate Update – Effective November 1, 2025

    Hello Train community,

    We’re writing to let you know that as of November 1, 2025, all membership rates will increase by 5%. For example, full monthly memberships will go from $200 to $210 per month (plus taxes and service fees). This change helps us keep delivering a high-quality experience, maintain our facility, and support our team.

    We truly value your loyalty and are committed to helping you reach your goals in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

    Hyrox Part 2 (Time)

    Over the next 1-2 weeks we will be endeavouring to complete a full Hyrox. There is a scale option for this if you don’t wish to run the full distance.

    What you don’t finish in each work out you will continue on the next Monday. So record what you got up to. We will restart from the Run before the station you were on or about to start.

    Use this as a chance to test weights if you plan on doing a Hyrox event in the future.

    For Time – 35 minute Time Cap

    1km run before each movement/station – scaled is 400m run plus 500m bike

    1km Ski

    6x 30ft Sled Push (pro 6/9 – open 4/6 plates)

    6x 30ft Sled Drag

    9x30ft Burpee Broad Jumps

    200m Farmer Carry heavy kb

    11x 30ft Db behind head Lunges (pro 45/60 – open 25/45)

    100 wallballs (pro 14/20 – open 10/14)

    Wave start – fastest runners first – In triples every 90seconds

    There may be a logjam just a heads up. So run hard and ski harder.

    2 sleds for push with posts at both ends. 2 for drag w/ring at each side.

    5 rowers under rig and bikes as needed for scaled athletes.
    If you missed last weeks Monday class. You will be starting at the row for this one and continuing on from there
