    1:30 Rest Between Rounds

    2 Rds in each machine

    Workout Instructions:

    Each team member will perform 3 sprints per round .

    We will use 2 machines to ensure fast transitions.

    Each sprint will be:

    8 calories for females

    10 calories for males

    If all team members complete their 3 sprints before the 4:00 minute mark , the remaining time is used for rest .
