200m Ski or Row
200m Ski or Row – use the one you did use for the previous 200m
1 x 30ft Sled Drag 4/7 plates — only 1 sled for each
B. Functional Grit
200m Run
100m Farmer Carry – medium weight
10 Wallballs 14/20
10 Jumping Lunges w/ wallball
10 Broadjumps
If you fail to complete within the 5 minutes you move right to the next 5min block. Your rest is the time left in the 5min block
if you fail 3 in a row reduce workload
