R3 – Sled Push
R4 – Echo
R5 – Sled Push
R6 – Ski
We’ll have three teams starting on the sled push , while the other teams begin on the machines . It won’t be a uniform start on the machines; each of those teams will begin on a different one.
For the Sled Push Teams:
Start it with a Heavy load, at the 4:00 mark, take half of the load off to keep pushing it fast.
Each athlete must push the sled down and back across the gym floor.
For the Machine Teams:
This is a relay-style effort: one athlete works while the other two/three rest.
Once an athlete completes their designated sprint, the next athlete on their team will immediately perform theirs.
7/9 cals for each sprint in all machine until minute 4:00, then calories will drop to 5/7 until the 7:00 mark. [F/M]
