In light of the Tour De France having just started, we have a theme for the week. So if you hate the Bikes I apologize.
The Workout
Teams of 3 or 4
AMRAP – 36 minutes
100m run + 100m every rd complete this caps at 400m max distance
5 wallballs 14/20 + 5 reps per rd completed
5 weighted squats 14/20 + 5 reps per rd completed
2 x 30ft walking single DB lunges 30/50 + 1 x 30ft length every rd completed
50m ski + 50m every rd completed
Whilst the team is doing this, 1 athlete from the team is on the C2 for max meters. Starting from the beginning of the workout
Rotating athlete within the team every 3 minutes. each team has a bike for the duration of the workout. S
Total team meters to be recorded.
Victor team gets the imaginary yellow jersey at end of day.
Cycle hard for those meters!

Run together and split the rest between the team
