    Station 1 : C2 100/135 [F/M]

    Station 2 : Ski 90/125 [F/M]

    Station 3 : Row 95/125 [F/M]

    Station 4 : Echo 85/105 [F/M]

    Station 5 : Runner 1400/1800m [F/M]

    Rest 2 :00 Between Rounds

    Your team will have 7 minutes to hit the target calories/distance. You can switch teammates whenever you want during that time, whether it’s after a certain number of calories or just a set period. If your team finishes the calories before the 7-minute mark, you just get more time to rest!

    If there are more than five teams of three people, one of the teams will need to use the rower at the Runner station.

    If there is a team of only two people, the required number of calories will be reduced by 15–20%.
