    Hey all! There seems like there was some confusion on adding the recent Masters Class. Masters refers to over 35, being over 35 generally comes with some movement limitations when the body tightens up and old injuries surface, and as our 9am class for months was busy and a fun atmosphere, I figured to add in the title of Masters class, to make CrossFit seem even more accessible to everyone (The majority of people that DONT sign up to the gym come from people who dont think they CAN do it, when they totally can!) and add in different options for the coaches to give out and make the class run as smooth as possible for everyone.

    I understand the wording has upset some of you and I apologize for that, ‘Masters’ to most people in the CrossFit scene for a long time only comes with positive connotation. I could ramble about a million examples, that said, I am changing it back immediatly to regular class as of today, the wording on Wodify should change over after it refreshes. Rob

    The Calorie Blitz

    Teams of 3

    (1 working – 2 resting)

    6 rounds – 6:00 (2x each station)

    Station 1 : C2 90/125 [F/M]

    Station 2 : Ski 80/105 [F/M]

    Station 3 : Row 85/115 [F/M]

    Rest 1:45 Between Rounds

    Your team will have 6 minutes to hit the target calories. You can switch teammates whenever you want during that time, whether it’s after a certain number of calories or just a set period. If your team finishes the calories before the 6-minute mark, you just get more time to rest!
