    Each Athlete Completes 6-6-6-6-6[F] or 8-8-8-8-8[M]

    Each team uses five machines. Five athletes start the workout on different machines, and one athlete rests. After an athlete finishes their calorie goal on the last machine, they will become the resting athlete. This workout is structured as a relay.
