    1: 10-14 Cal Row + 15-20 DB Push Press

    2: 10-14 Cal Ski + 15-20 Wallballs

    3: 8-12 Cal Echo Bike + 10-12 Line Facing Burpees
    Goal is to get this done as quickly as possible so you can more time to rest until the next 3 min interval
